A website for a local business has one job: turn the person who just found you into a call, a booking or a visit. I design and build every site around that job, and you see it before you pay.
Most people who find a local business are on a phone, often standing outside, in the car, or comparing three options in three tabs. So I design for that first and the desktop second.
Business name, city, services and prices, and any photos you have. Your Google or Facebook page is often enough to start.
A real, clickable version of your site on a preview link, usually in 2โ3 days. Not a mockup image.
Text, photos, colours, sections. Edits during the preview stage are free. Don't like it? You owe nothing.
Pay half on approval and half at launch. I connect your domain, Google Search Console and your Google profile.
These are concept builds for fictional businesses, made to show layouts that work for different industries. Each one is live, so open them on your phone.

Great food and long lines, but no menu online. People called just to ask prices.

A growing crew getting work only by word of mouth, with no way to request a quote online.

Beautiful work on Instagram, but no price list and no way to book without DMs.
All three are reasonable choices for different businesses. Here's the honest trade-off.

Builder and agency figures are typical ranges, not quotes. Your situation may differ.
With me it's $397 one-time for the website, including setup bonuses like your Google Business Profile and a review kit. Freelancers and agencies vary widely, from a few hundred dollars to several thousand, depending on the number of pages and custom features.
You usually see a working preview in 2โ3 days. Going live takes about 7 days in total, depending on how fast we agree on changes and connect your domain.
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and the website files are yours. If you ever want to move it to someone else, I hand everything over.
Every site is built with the technical basics Google needs: fast loading, clear titles, headings, structured data, a sitemap and Search Console. Where you rank also depends on your Google Business Profile, reviews and competition, which is why those are included in the setup.
Most owners prefer to send changes by WhatsApp. Small edits are free for 30 days after launch, and ongoing edits are included in the optional Growth plan.
No. I can work with phone photos and send you a short shot list. Until then I use carefully chosen stock images that fit your business, and swap them for your own later.
