A brand that looks as good as your work
People judge a business in seconds, often from a logo on a sign, a profile picture or a website header. I design logos and simple brand kits for small businesses, then apply them everywhere customers see you.
Refresh, rebrand, or leave it?
Not every business needs a new brand. Here's how I'd decide.
| Your situation | What I'd suggest |
|---|---|
| Logo is fine but looks dated or blurry online | Logo refresh ($79): cleaned up, modernized, proper files |
| No logo, or one made in five minutes years ago | New logo + simple brand kit |
| New name, new direction or a second location | Full brand kit and roll-out across website, Google profile and social |
| Customers already recognize your sign and colors | Keep it. Small tweaks only, don't throw away recognition |

What you walk away with
Everything you need to look consistent on a sign, a van, a menu, a website and a profile picture.
Brand kit includes
- Logo in full, stacked and icon versions
- Versions for light and dark backgrounds
- Files for print and web (vector, PNG with transparent background)
- Color palette with exact codes
- Two or three fonts that work together
- Social profile images and cover images
- A simple business card design
- Brand voice basics: how you sound, words to use and avoid
- A one-page guide so anyone can use it correctly
From brief to everywhere
Brief
Who you serve, what you want people to feel, competitors you like or don't, and anything you want to keep.
Concepts
A small number of distinct directions, shown on real mockups: a sign, a phone screen, a profile picture.
Refine
We pick one and refine it together. I check it works tiny (a favicon) and huge (a shop sign).
Roll out
I apply the brand to your website, Google Business Profile and social profiles, and hand over all files.
Simple beats clever
Readable small
Most people see your logo the size of a thumbnail on Google Maps or Instagram. If it falls apart small, it doesn't work.
Fits your customers
A barbershop, a law firm and a kids' gym need very different feelings. The right brand looks like it belongs to its audience.
Used the same way everywhere
Consistency builds recognition. The same colors and logo on the van, website and profile matter more than a perfect design.
Applying the brand everywhere
A logo sitting in a folder does nothing. The value comes from using it consistently wherever customers meet you.
How your business sounds
A brand isn't only visual. A few simple rules make your website, posts and emails feel like they come from the same place.
| Business | Sounds like | Avoids |
|---|---|---|
| Barbershop | Relaxed, confident, a bit of humor | Corporate phrases, long paragraphs |
| Law firm | Calm, clear, reassuring | Jargon without explanation, hype |
| Kids' gym or studio | Warm, energetic, parent-friendly | Aggressive "no pain no gain" tone |
| Trades and contractors | Straightforward, practical, local | Vague promises, stock-photo language |
Branding questions
How much does logo design cost?
A simple refresh of an existing logo is $79. New logos and full brand kits are quoted after a free audit, because scope varies a lot between a single logo and a full roll-out across signage, website and social.
What is in the free audit?
A 5–10 minute screen-recorded video reviewing how your brand currently shows up on your website, Google Business Profile and social profiles, with what's inconsistent and what I'd fix first. It's free and yours to keep.
Do I own the logo and files?
Yes. Once paid, you get all the files and full rights to use them.
How long does a brand kit take?
It depends on how many rounds of feedback we need, but most small-business brand kits take one to three weeks from brief to final files.
Should I rebrand if customers already know my logo?
Usually not completely. If people recognize your sign and colors, a careful refresh keeps that recognition while making everything look sharper online.
